I can relate. My "relationship" w/ my ex is tempestuous at best. But, lawyers aren't the answer, I know that (unless you have millions $$$$$). Truth is.......there IS NO easy answer. The kids are collateral damage of our "dramas". However, you will find that these kids are resilient. Just continue to love them.....support them and always provide them w/ a "soft place to fall". G'luck.
P.S. (This can't be good for Marilyn's health.)
