hi johnmacnab.. I haven't been in charge of anything/one bigger than a ten-year-old for so long, I'm not sure I know how to do it any more:) But I can please myself in my own home now and it's quite nice. The garden is coming along beautifully (well, bits of it are..)

I don't think we're supposed to know how these mysterious ways work, mneme. Do what I do, pretend to accept them and at the same time stick a middle digit up at the Almighty and tell him/her where to stick it. From the Almighty you may need some guidance, but
you are in charge. Have a break, but please make sure it isn't a permanent one. Pretty please?
