Elyse, frustration is right.. I have a knack for it:) I have to learn to detach myself - easier said than done. All aobut boundaries, as I have started to realise.

Your writing is beautifully clear on the misery you're dealing with.
Once you bring yourself to the point of deciding to take good care of yourself, and let go of taking on his share of responsibility, some of the fog will clear. There is a path.
