Whatever you are feeling right now embrace it..........
know why you feel it; do what you want with it; then let it go; you cannot change whatever it is that caused the feeling but you can kiss it goodbye without guilt and welcome the coming of the new day; then do whatever you feel you can to put it right....... crying is not a crime and a necessary release sometimes; take care and God bless

Oh dear, I know how you feel
But, give in to the emotion and seek its roots.  Allow yourself to feel all waht you are feeling and know tht it will resolve itself, as long as you don't supress it.  WRITE ABOUT IT. You'll feel much better.  Cheers.
