And such dishonesty goes down from the leaders to the subjects
In public schools, cheating is rampant. It's gotten to the point where the students don't see that they are doing anything wrong. It's so common that it's almost not punishable any more because administrators just shrug. Or the culprit's daddy has donated to the school, so he gets away with what he wants. It's a terribly sad thing.

Which is why discussions on politics (amongst a couple of other subjects)
are a no no for me; there are no truths to be found within that world unfortunately; the sad part is even if there were some miracle to occur and the man on the street came into power, ultimately he would end up with the same morals he was against to begin with; that's the politics game; great post Afzal; thank you and take care

You have a great confidence and I admire the way you project your beliefs. I, humbly admit however, that I just don't get involved in the political realm because it's highly, highly inflammatory and generally, is just plain 'frustration' with a capital F ~ Write on Afzal ~ your heart is open.

Afzal
This is probably why I don't much care for politics.

Good work, sweetie.

Powerfully written and tragically true..
Profitmaking for the elite few rules and overwhelms our national and international domain..but someday, somewhere, somehow, I have to hope power and goodness of the masses can restore our soul.
