Unless one is having tea everyday at noon with God, I don't think one can truly say what God feels. Some say God or someone he knew wrote everything in a book called the Bible and that's what God knew, but I wonder what he knows know!

God.
I believe the Bible teaches me the mind of God. Jesus said He and the Father were One and He reflected the true character of God. God is love. This is His own definition of who He is. So to answer the answer...How can we know what God thinking and feels? Through the Word of God, the Bible. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life!" John 3:16
