I saw Silence of the lamb by myself in the cinema and nearly died of fright
trying to get home in the dark. The undies definitely got chucked away that night!

What a set up
Great atmospheric recounting of a time most of us can relate to.  I remember seeing the "Atom Bomb" movie, IN KINDERGARTEN! (early '60's, around the Bay of Pigs invasion) and obsessing about those black and white pictures of the mushroom cloud and for some reason, some trees near a little wooden shack blowing over from the percussive force.  I was terrified for weeks.
