Yeah, I posted it anyway. I wanted to fiddle with the structure and meter some more but I simply wrote it in response to a friend's blog (on another site) in which she told about the recent death of several friends.
It wasn't written as a poem at first but when I was retyping it into Blogit, I saw that it was, in fact, a poem.
