Manda, I am concerned about your friend, even though I don't know her.
I don't know you well either, but I think that you are a nice and caring person by your writing. I see that you also like reading and trying recipes that sound tasty. If you haven't read Strat's blogs about his favorite southern dishes, by all means, do so! Just reading them makes my mouth water! Screw the weight scales, unless one gains so much weight to threaten our health. I intend to visit the south someday, just to sample their cusine. The way Strat describes it, along with his recipes, it will be worth doing without small pleasures just to be able to make the trip. Thank you for your comments about my writing. It validates my efforts and I am glad to make new friends. Blogit is a friendly blog site, I agree. We are lucky to have found it.
