Enough
I think we have now made enough technological and other scientific advances to enable us to stop the rat race and reap the full benefits of our progress with only these simple prerequisites remaining:
Change worldwide politics, economy, religion, ecology, many personalities and the earths atmosphere. We can stop our own race now and start working on the rest next week or maybe next year or ...

They do exist for me even though only as memories of a time that was happier. From that time, a downward spiral began which now threatens life on earth. I studied history and geography so I am familiar with the changes over time! Great writing!
