Thanks everyone - will be over to yours soon.
I'm so sorry bloggers - I've been very preoccupied recently. Too much to do; when I came home I didn't think I'd be working as much as I have been but my spouse has not given me much alternative.  Bills to be paid, repairs to the house and so on.  His large salary makes mine look like small change but, hey, I left didn't I? House is in his name too but that doesn't seem to count.  Welcome to my world:) Don't ask me how I'm still smiling, I just am.

HAPPY EASTER

Here in Mundane, the daffodils aren't out yet. A few green spikes, but
no sunny blooms. A week ago, snow still piled at the edge of the parking lot, I went to the local home center and found a packet of red sunflower seeds. I don't remember ever seeing a red sunflower, but I thought they'd look good in the yard with the red hollyhocks. I'm putting them up against the wooden fence. Summer will bring 'em out.  Happy Easter :)pat

“I wander’d lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.”
