Pollock, scrod, hey; it's all crab to me...
It is scary to be eating something with an ingredient with a made up name so long they had to make up an abbreviation, too. Just close your eyes...

I haven't had genuine crab salad in so long I don't know if I'd like it anymore! As for preservatives and such.....I've taken the ostrich approach and try not to think about it beyond staying away from artificial sweetners.....I never trusted those things......my common sense tells me there are no free desserts!

Very entertaining. My son is now fishing for King Crab in the Bering sea. And when you hear fresh King Crab, just remember it has been on ice in the ship for two to three
