Sweet memories...I, too, am raising my grandchildren between my pages.
If I had known grandchildren were so special, I'd had them first. Good poem.

Nostalgia.......
perhaps as we grow older we feel that we cannot act or think like children anymore; a very well worn fallacy - maybe we should! Take care my friend; thank you

Hi, winged
I understand what you're saying.  When we're young we think there is time enough for everything.  By the time grandchildren are in the picture we began to understand how wrong we were.  I know raising grandchildren is probably a hassle, but I also know it must have its rewards.  You have my respect and admiration.  Not all of us get a chance at a second legacy.

Morning. I'm also dreaming of days of old. I'm presently raising my

grandkids between the pages I'm now blogging. Time is precious. We don't appreciate

it till we get older. That's too bad.
