And this is the trick, isn't it. IF you can live every moment in the moment well then you are not of this earth. I know we all '
try' and live in the moment however it is virtually impossible unless we are still and have no responsibility at all and are able to merely meditate on the moment instead of on the bank will be closing at 5 and the kids need to be picked up at six and remember the School needs 32 cupcakes tomorrow and Hubby will be home late tonight because he has a meeting. Lucky is the one who does not have to think ahead nor back...but then again isn't that like being brain dead
