Agreed, Glennb. Sadly, a lot of the fallout will go to the next president,
but history will bear out the disgusting truth of the Bush administration's abject lies and propagandizing to force the issue of war with Iraq when none was necessary.  History will undoubtedly and unfortunately bear out in grave detail the excruciatingly long-term damage Bush, Wolfowicz, Rumsfeld, Cheney, et. al., have done to our international reputation (especially in the Middle East), not to mention the neglect of the American people, infrastructure, and overall domestic issues.  The next several presidents, no matter their party affiliations, are going to have a difficult time rectifying the absurdly many wrongs of the Bush administration...

To each their own method, Vairocana. I prefer the use of words myself to
try to thwart the propagandists but you do have a point.  Optical symbology is very effective...

Saul Relative,
A great reminder for those of us pre-occupied with survival! I think corporate media is seen probably more as an escape than that of a propaganda apparatus! Those of us who opposed the criminal act are just exhausted! We have done all we can legally! The public record on this war will not exonerate Bush and at some point when Iraq gets top billing again the crime will be exposed! And for some reason I do not wish that burden to fall on the "next" president!

We should interfere with their gameplan
Propaganda and the tactics of deceit is not only useful to the "bad" guys.  Those who seek to confuse their agenda should fabricate events inside their territory that are glamorous, newsworthy and thought provoking.  It is no use complaining from the sideline.  No blood needs to be shed to accomplish this.  Red paint works just as well, especially in overpopulated areas...
