This is funny - what does the SUN feel like? It's fabulous. Right now it is 8.20 AM, sunny but very windy - COLD. We will sit out a little later, say 10.30 or so, as the sun is stronger. It gets progressively stronger till about 5 PM, when it begins to go down. During this time we move around - depending on how we want the sun - behind us, on our faces, etc. The trick is to
make the time to sit in the sun. When I go for walks I choose to walk on the side the sun is. It's a very deliberate act, and the rewards are high in terms of health and well being. Cheers and namaste to you.

When I read your posts, a calmness washes over me, even when you are writing about the craziness of your life. I can sense your strength. But, what I like (and envy) most about this post is that you say you will get to sit in the
sun.

Exactly WHAT does that feel like again? It is cloudy and below 0 here in Chicago (again). Namaste

The title of this one intrigued me. And so I read about the flurry
and the broken sleep time, the comings and goings. It reads to me like the storm is around you and tranquility reigns inside. A nice cup of tea, a couple biscuits. Incense. Nice...

I am glad you think so. While I know it is normal, sometimes I feel it culd be different. But, I know the issue is with me!

Storms
I'm familiar with storms. Internal ones are the worst, - restless and uneasy. Sounds like you are good at grounding yourself. That is helpful. Oh, the flower remedy white rose was created by my teacher, so it is not a well known remedy. He has, however, spent time in India. It might be available there.
