I agree with it...
becuase for example, Utah is a strong republican state, everyone and their cats voted for Mitt Romney. So, in that instance, a crooked UT republican, instead of voting with their consience, could swing their vote to the least likely democrat to win. This is an issue becuase votes mean delegates. Personally, I think independents who seem to find some way out of these loopholes should only be allowed to vote for independent canidates.
