Thank you, FineYoungSinger
Though "time-tripper" is probably not original.  I've been around long enough and read widely enough to have picked it up somewhere.  This seems to be the case with most of my original ideas -- I usually discover they were inspired by someone else.  I think this may be true with many writers.  Often originality is not so much coming up with something new, but rather what is done with old themes and ideas.

time-tripping---very cool phrase you've coined.

Thanks, Azur
Another angle is what I believe I've done.  It's where my new Fiction post came from.  I'll probably play with it for a little before setting it aside again.

Good advice, sam
It is sort of what I've been doing.  Today I decided to run with it a little.  That's how I came up with my first Fiction post in a long while.  After toying with it a bit I'll probably set it aside till I can't ignore it again.

When I run into a problem with an idea, I set it aside and work on it later, sometimes much later. It is an idea so hold onto it!  sam
