The past  is your past karma for this life. It's study is needed so you can perfect your karmic journeys until the end. Eventually, at peace, life comes back under control!!! Thanks.

You're quite correct. Dealing with the past is best. The system wants me to forget. If I remember, they say that I am taking up LOAD! More on this next! Thanks!

Re: soulbuilder101
The system has been trying to 'burn' me, and they cannot do it! A little temptation is harmless. I stopped writing difficult, remember! So what confuses you? Thanks!!!!

Re: you can forget the past if you have something else to remember.......
My method is not to forget but to understand the lessons and clues of the past. If I need to forget something until I deal with it later, I sip a few beers!!! That makes me feel great!!!! Thanks!!!!

Re: I think I get U- i wish HISTORY recalled for its lessons-not gloating NOT
Mainstream historians are mere cover-up artistes. There are quite a few 'alternative' histories available on the net. As in personal life, so in national life. Many want me to believe their version of my life. Too bad! It is what I see that counts!!! Thanks!!!!

Your past is what makes you in your present
it is necessary to remember it but not hang on to it; if it feels good fine if it doesn't then let it go; thank you I thoroughly enjoyed this post SB

In hypnotherapy, we encourage people to come to grips with the past, not forget it. Dealing with it and then moving on is somewhat healthier than trying to forget it.
