why do I miss....
I know those feelings. If I didn't have a roommate I'd be staring out over the dreary cold landscape and feeling the same. He is mostly like a brother but better than a talking bird. I hope you have a warm holiday with family. God bless you always.

I think it is a natural feeling sweetie. I always feel that way around the late holidays if I have no one to love, or my love isn't near me.

Not to miss them, but , think, would they want you to be happy and get on with your life, for they know, you are an Angel in the Making, Your Wings, they haven't grown, --- even if this isn't your opinion on it, that is how I cope with missing someone I love very much , not only on the Holidays but everyday. And everyday, there is something that comes along, that brings out a beautiful memory, and I am so thankful for those memories, that I celebrate the time we did have together, for I am sure, that you probably feel as I do, and would take a second of sheer happiness with that person as opposed to a whole eternity of nothing special. Be happy, they would want you to.
