Gotta get smallie to bed. Just posting the recent pics here if you don't mind.
First is the costume I put together for Leone/Goth Princess, second is Rowan in her lady bug costume (she kept insisting that she was a butterfly before stripping off completely when she came home). Third is the haircut I gave Rowan yesterday which was like an extreme sport. I managed to get it all straight bar a few stragglers, and no scissor accidents.

Sweetie that is not because you are new here. It is because some people need to make themselves feel better and they go banging around on others. Pay them no mind they will fall off the edge of a job one day or clean up their act one. Just take it and understand they are not up to their job or game.
Hug your hubby and babies for the little old lady down South.

Justi, it's touch 'n' go, I get on well in most areas, but am getting a bit
of hassle in work every now & again from a couple of micro managers. I've been quiet, submissive, and apologetic so far for things I've erred on on for other things I've not been taught yet but am doing anyway, but it's wearing thin.

If one can't be honest in their dealings with the world, try to minimize
the everyday human failings that inevitably creep in despite good intention, then there is no truth, just manipulation for best advantage?
Best thing to be is aware of yourself and your interactions with others, and hope you can match your best intention on a daily basis.
