frankly, coworkers shouldn't have such ill-feelings against one another which is bad for the working atmosphere. This will only create unnecessary stress on the individual. Take care.

You're in a tough spot
Jemms, it is really hard to explain to co-workers why you have to take time off for illness. They probably don't understand what you're going through and immediately (wrongly) think you could be at work.
The only thing I could suggest is putting in extra time now that you're back to help with the backlog of work and continue with the extra time for a while to help them out with their stuff to show that you are a team player, willing to help and thankful for their assistance while you were out.
I hope your back in better!
