You got that right. G. takes care of my car, thank goodness. We have worked hard to earn dependence now don't you think? I don't know if you remember but I wrote a blog a couple of years ago about my childhood. My uncle had a chauffeur and he would take me to the soda fountain or other places I was allowed to go. It was so grand. I want to do that now. LOL

I wouldn't mind having one for myself. Independence isn't always what its cracked up to be. I never did like taking care of cars anyway. It would be fun having a chauffeur at the ready to do my bidding.

Yes I do need a driver. Yes I want one of those big anti-Al Gore cars and a driver. I have been seeing doctors and doctors. There comes a time some of us just begin to come apart. I am doing that I think, but I have lots of bubble gum and bailing wire. It worked for my sons motorcycle when he was a little boy racing and mom would have to help tie him back together. I love you too Taps, so much and all of you have been so nice on here.

Oh this is really embarrassing I just now get what you guys are talking about. I did not consider myself dumb de dumb but I did not go after this happened. I have been seeing the doctor with great regularity for years. I have been to every sort of extra specialists and they still come to the conclusion I have high blood pressure, I am on medication. I have fybromualgia and there is nothing I can do for that except diet, and pain meds sometimes. I will go. Thank you. You are all so kind.

I don't know what kind of "forgetfullness" you had. If it is health-related or just distraction.
Sometimes it happens to me... I am driving (and I know I am driving) but when I get to my destiny I just can't remember "passing the road". But it's not a memory or health thing. They say we're in a semi-hypnotized state, meaning we're so concentrated thinking of something else that we are not consiensly "aware" of the trip, but our unconsiense knows exacty what we're doing (driving). It is a bit scary though when I get somewhere and realize I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing!

Thank you for this advice. It is good and it is kind of you to do this. I have been seeing doctors regularly for 10 years. I had an aneurysm behind my ear. After surgery I was given a clean bill of health. But I never performed like a person who was well. My doctor sent me to all sorts of tests. I have high blood pressure but I take medication for it. In all the specialists my doctor sent me to we found I have fibromyalgia which makes me very tired often. I even had the sleep tests. I am supposed to be okay but I am not. Thank you kindly for your concern.

All of you are so kind I do agree. I have been under regular doctor's care for almost ten years. That is why I retired. They just don't get what ever it is. I have had cat scans, MRI and all those things. I had the sleep test. They ware me out telling me I need yet another test. I have even changed doctors. They do the same thing. Some things have been found but not enough to walk and chew gum at the same time.

Thank you that is good and kind advice but I have done all that. I do have high blood pressure but I take medication and check it often. They have not found a cause.

Can this lovely hound dog come live at my house with my two kitties. He looks like all three would have fun.

I hope you know how much I love you. I have a feeling there are hordes of people that love you and appreciate you. With as much as you do for everyone else, someone needs to provide you with a chauffeur (like in the movie
Driving Miss Daisy) so you don't have to worry about where you are going and what time you're going to get there. You could just keep all that other stuff on your mind like teaching your Bible Classes and writing your blogs and helping your young women.

I can only add my voice to those others: don't delay and get this checked out!
And maybe get a watch as well! I have worn one for years, though it's for others to decide if it's done any harm...

That's often the symptom of a mild to moderate stroke. I come from a medical family, and I strongly suggest that you see a doctor, as soon as possible - (strokes don't usually cause pain, like heart attacks.) You can actually have one or more strokes, without even realizing it...

Justi, get your blood pressure checked, and maybe a good
neurological exam, and don't put it off. Your confusion may be symptomatic of a dangerous problem -- one that can be controlled with the right meds. The lord helps them that help themselves... as mama used to say.

You're ok with me, dear lady. I do hope you find out to your own satisfaction though. I think we've all done that at one time or another, maybe not driving but doing other things. Tiredness will do it.
Take care, dear lady, I still love ya.
