I believe I agree. But it worries me. There is a great deal of inequality when deciding who dies and who doesn't. So many innocent lost. So many guilty escape. Don't know if there's a solution.

no amount of deterrent can prevent these 'sickos' from committing crime against women and kids. The only deterrent is "Death" to the wrong-doer.
