Ourcountry has this kind of system and it works for us. Maybe one month summer and one month winter holiday could work for your country.

They should leave it alone.........
They started the first week of August here in Louisville...........and now they want millions to air-condition the school buses.......hell, I didn't even have air conditioning in school!
