Uh oh, guilty as charged...
I think I've done each of these, to some extent, over the course of my life. Some of them were one-time lessons, others, I'm still working on to make sure they don't repeat. It's easier to learn the don't dos that hurt or impact others than it is to learn the don't dos that ultimately hurt ourselves - great list, great advice! I'll let you know when I don't do them all, once and for all
