Thank you much. I sort of surprised myself with this one. It almost felt like a real poem. But it may not last. I feel a limerick urge coming on.

It was difficult all those years I kept it bottled in. Once I was able to talk about the pain it became much easier to cope. And, of course, you need someone willing to listen when you let it all out.
