Do you not know this is a fallen world? As is it can not be what you are talking about. But about building one; that is exactly what the Christians are doing now by serving God and knowing now that they will be with God where all life is this way. No guess work to it, no wondering if they will be good enough, they know that Salvation and walking in the way will ensure they will go to heaven. They know they will come back to this world and live in the millennium for that great peaceful, totally peaceful 1,000 years of peace on earth. After which is eternal peace and joy. I know without one single doubt or pain for whatever that I have this. I try to tell others daily that they too can have this assurance!
