I was just thinking about you! The computer problems put me so far out of it that I've got tons of catching up to do. I hardly know where to start. An ISP is an Internet Service Provider. You need one to get online. But some are better than others, and my current one, though cheap, doesn't seem to be measuring up. The non-smoking has done wonders for my appetite. I don't have any choice but to get in shape now. If I don't I may end up too heavy to walk from one end of a basketball court to the other without dropping from exhaustion.

Good luck with the computer probs.
I know it's dumb, but is ISP an Internet Service Provider or some other high tech thingie that slows down what it's supposed to smooth out and speed up? Congrats on tossing the cigarettes & getting your breath back. That ought to make your endurance on the court go way up.
