Mothers have an advantage when it comes to writing. Mothers know better
than to assume wrongfully that people understand them. So, take it all and go forth!!!

A very meaningful post for me, and at 71, I have some regrets of course, like failings here and there at ideals like marriage. But then I succeeded with that one great love for over 16 years, and then she died. But you know, all these past 7 years alone, hanging onto her, I am finally able to let go and think I have found that kind of love again. You're a wonderful writer to be able to stir all that up out of me, and make me think about the past years.

excellent writing, thought provoking,
smiling, because it is all so true, but who says it is over before the fat lady sings, i saw the other night on television that a woman 96 got her masters degree.
dreams are not to be forgotten, changed if you do desire.
a friend of ours once said you cannot just have indian chiefs, you also need indians. so when i think of my life as an indian, its doesnt mean it wasnt just as important as the chiefs, just not as well known.
really enjoyed this well written post,

flappergirl - This was a real melancholic walk down memory lane. So
very true. There is always hope, however, yes?
