interesting,

my husband being a construction worker all his life you would think would swear or curse (using bad words), he never did, not on the job or in our home, and he never tolerated it at work or at home. he would say if you dont know another word you can use instead of swearing, then dont say anything. using the word swear is not bad, we swear to alot of things. meaning we believe it to be true. one word two meanings.
