Sometimes, we have too much things around, mindfulness or too stressed out in work, we want to be alone. When we are alone, we feel lonely and we need someone to be around.
I think everyone feels the same way too. I'm not alone now. I've someone but that someone is so far away from me! I'm so lonely! hehehe...

I think this is how all of us are. We need aloneness to be with our triune selves, mind, body and spirit. We need to connect with others, friends, lovers, teachers, students and on and on the list goes. The world is full of those we need and those we don't need as well.

It's quite simple sweetie. All of us feel lonely sometimes. It's part of the hurt that has gone on in our lives. Sometimes hurt lingers on and when we see something that reminds us of that pain, it brings us down.
Many times you don't feel alone, because you have friends and you know you are loved.
And everyone needs to be alone once in a while, even just to think.
Sweetie, you know very well what you want. 
You are just stressed. You've been working a lot and it's taking a toll on you. You just need to relax.

Although sometimes we may feel we are alone, we are not as we always walk with God when we so chose. Sometimes we wish to be alone, yes, for years I wished to be alone. And now I am. And for the most part it feels peaceful, but there are times when I feel very lonely, such as now, as both of my girls are away on holiday. But I smile in my heart knowing they are enjoying life.
