That is a good development to reduce the dosage of Lasic. You have your own plan to get fitter and that's good. Your doctors will supervise and help you feel better very soon. My family did manage to watch The Simpsons Movie. I think I understand the humor and jibes better now that I'm older.

(A) First of all, Don is always in another room watching something different than me. On occasion, we'll share a movie. I've been hearing about that movie, maybe I'll watch it too. I know he won't though, not on a bet. I'll watch for it.

I'm feeling better this morning. I've cut the Lasix down by a third and it's making me feel better. It's still another week before she draws blood again.. I have nightmares at the thought of my kidneys being in jeopardy, you know? That would be the last straw. So, maybe they'll be better when I go in and have the blood test.

Poor you (A). I'm sorry you're the one who has to listen to my woes. Please know you're appreciated.

The early bird at 5 am deserves to nest early. A nap inbetween might help eliminate the early bedtime. Don misses your company while you're doozing. That's good and romantic. My family has tentative plans to watch The Simpson's Movie this weekend. I grew old with them. Now the next generation wants to watch them.

Hi, Justi. To answer your question, I've been feeling poorly, but today has been pretty good. I was prescribed 80mg of Lasix when discharged from the hospital. Well, a different doctor has done blood tests and says that's too much. She says it's wrecking my kidneys. I believe it. So, dear lady, do I take the Lasix and wreck my kidneys or do I not take it and fill up with fluid around my lungs and heart again? Then, again, I'll have the breathing difficulties. Which is worse, or which is better?

Are you sorry you ask me? hahaha

No, (A) it didn't work out that way. It was a mixed group. The men stayed by their women, and we had a good time/, Don didn't have any problem joining in once he was there. Thank goodness. hahaha

You're right about the bathrooms. Even when restaurant owners consider that they are handicapped, they're not, not for someone who has only one leg. Don always goes and checks out a place before we go there. He'll then tell me whether I can get in or not.

Good morning to you (A). I'm getting ready to go to lunch with a bunch of my classmates (1960 class) We do it about 6-8 times a year. lately, we've been including our spouses, but this is the first time mine has agreed to go (he's not part of the class) and that makes me happy. I do have a problem with these old restaurants who have never upgraded their restrooms. I can't fit my wheelchair in them and so I can't use them. I haven't drank anything, except 2 cups of coffee at 5:00 this morning. I don't want to have to wee while I'm there. That's the downfall. At the moment I'm experiencing some kidney abnormalcy, anyway. I probably won't get to stay too long, but at least I'll get to see them. Talk to you later.
