sometimes we forget to tell people they did a good job. and sometimes our reasons for not telling them are not so noble.

My view is - if you write a great poem/novel - paint a great painting - sculp a great sculpture, etc,...you have the right to be proud of it - HOWEVER - you must also admit to, and rectify any mistakes you make, or ignoble deeds, you commit!
