"Ground Zero" is for my girlfriend, and "Blame Anyone" is written for a friend of mine. The phrase "she won't let it out, not even to cry" is saying that although her dark side is present, she doesn't let it out so easily, but you can tell its still there beneath the surface. And "Blame Anyone" refers to a friend who has a habit of blaming himself for things going wrong in his life, even when he's not directly responsible. Thanks again
