Thats pretty cut and dry....try to keep it together, granted I'm not the best one to try and say that..I don't tend to do well under those circumstances either....:)

So yeah
what I've found is if you have an deep reaction to something, then somewhere, sometime, someone has felt the same way around you. And that's why you have an extreme reaction to it .. raising awareness

Common courtesy is too important and most people no longer view
themselves as common. It's a bone of contention for me.

Dearest Dark...I can totally relate with this type of disappointment
and the resulting anger.
When you get a chance check out this video. It is on anger and focuses on the philosophy of Seneca. It has some good thoughts on anger and how to deal with it.
Click H_E_R_E (it's about 25 minutes long you have to be a little patient with it)
