Hey. I believe marriage is a commitment to love, to stay together no matter what, even when the romantic feelings are gone. Well, isn't that love? Putting the other above yourself. =)

I don't believe in marriage...
I think that if you love someone and you want to be faithful to them for thee rest of your life than you shouldn't need to sign a contract for love...I realise that's not what you were asking but I just simply don't believe in it.

Comment on marriage
IMO it began with the "anticipation" of whatever structures one's marriage should be comprised of, ie, the fable of the Three Little Pigs and their respective houses. j
