Mood swings? Don't worry, me too.
But I guess we all can learn to manage our emotions, by discipline and God's grace. =)
When you're down, try remembering all those happy times and the way you saw your world at that time, or read some of your previous happy posts! It will help change your perspective and lift you up.

It's called mood swings! LOL I can be happy one minute and depressed
the next just due to some thought or occurance. I'm not nasty moody like some, I withdraw. Also, did anyone think to ask why so many people in the world suffer from depression? Maybe it's not genetic or hormonal but simply due to the sorry state of the world. Look around...the world is a one f*^ked up place...who wouldn't be depressed? As for me since I am so sensitive and then I hear about say, animal cruelty, I dwell on that for days and can get myself into such a funk. I think that happens to a lot of us. I think it's a challenge just trying to be happy nowadays! NOTE: Boy am I a downer! LOL

No answers here either, Julia
Simply another "Aha!, know the feelings well." Your comment to me about the subconscious kicking in and assisting our search for deeper meanings really rung true..I think that has something to do with our conscious moods - daily, mine seems to be influenced to a large degree by what happens or doesn't happen while I'm sleeping. "Getting up on the wrong side or the right side of the bed"...as cliche as that sounds, feels to me as though it applies to your ponderings. Fascinating subject worthy of further pondering...:)

Interesting comments. Pat_B is right. Enigmatic is right. There are so many variables here.

On the other hand, this teeter-totter existence beats heck out of

Not to scare you, but your highs don't have to be "that high," for you to be bipolar - there are degrees - take care of yourself - and please don't be afriad to see a doctor!

I don't know what it is, either. My outlook on the world changes
just as fast and it affects my overall mood, as well. I guess I'll just call it, "moody".
