It is the individual who sets what he will do with his power. There must be leadership in any group, in that the leader holds the power. People must decide if they will lead with justice or if they are pridful. No person becomes God, only more stupid in their thinking and violence evolves out of such thinking. This is just my take on this.

If power was that good we wound not find dictators around the wrold . Ideal element of power is to be good and kind but it often fails . God says the greatest amongst you will serve you but it is often the opposite that happens . Thanks!

I don't see power that way. Power can be loving and good and kind. The true meaning of power (in business) is the ability to delegate. Leaders who rise to power do so because of their ability to follow through on the delegation process. But as I said...I see power as something that is able to help people help other people....Just my 2 cents.
