Good, Evil or simply Is?
The "power" lies in the "principle", not in the name.  Shakespeare:  "What's in a name?..." Yours was an excellent, thought-thru, attempt to name the "unameable" and to classify the "unclassfiable", without resorting to left/hand magic.  joab

good -n- evil

Culture/society set the morals and baselines for good and evil. The whole concept can get quite ridiculous and unfortunately it can have catastrophic effects. Set aside the philosophical arguments as to whether or not good/evil actually exists, look at the actualities removing your moral/spiritual bias totally and what is left is rather dark, empty and forboding.

Which is why culture and society set the morals and baselines for good and evil...

Good points, AussieXenu. It is indeed a far more complicated issue than a
simple good v. evil construct.
