And in the situation where you don't need to be distracted. While the country may seem pastoral, drivers here have to be on the lookout for suicidal deer and other wildlife.

First time I saw this was in Vero Beach, FL. I couldn't believe it. It was like 100F in the shade and those people were out there on corners flipping signs. Haven't seen it here in Canada.

No spinning guys here, but we have a bunch of people standing on street corners with signs twice the size of themselves for furniture stores all the time. They're the ones that look annoyed. I wonder how much they get paid for holding that sign for four -six hour straight in that hot sun? And most importantly, I wonder if it works.
