I agree with you, mostly. I personaly would never leave an unprovoced nasty comment. I don't believe in spreading negativity. But I guess for some, they have their personal reasons/issues to do what they do, that we can't really understand.
You are right, it's best to just avoid and move on when at all possible, if it's not a continued effort.
