Re - the smell of political stuff in the morning -- smells like...
mendacity. That's a word used by Burl Ives as "Big Daddy" in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman -- one of those classics that can't be topped in Remake City.
I watched Star Wars with my kids, -- the whole series is cool. The still have currency at a time when so much space travel sci fi has become old hat.
