I believe the information President Bush had at the time was what he acted on and that he believed it to be true. The difference in these two men is akin to daylight and darkness. Clinton is a liar and Bush I am sure just as have you and I lied. They do not deserve to be compared in the same book much less same paragraph. Thank you for bringing out a subject that will draw out all of the differences of opinion.
Which is it that attracts you so much to this country: The fact that our presidents lie or is it because we can talk about it with free impunity?

In my opinion, Clinton was the far bigger liar - I think we probably dislike Bush for different reasons - perhaps you think he led America into war, because he likes it - as long as he's not doing the fighting, or because of oil, or other ignoble purposes - personally, I think he received bad intelligence about WMD's, but I wasn't in his inner circle, so I obviously can't say for sure -I'm much more angry with him for not enforcing our illegal immmigration laws, and letting China (trade-wise, walk all over us!). Clinton seems to enjoy lying, gratuitously - in other words, lying simply for the sake of lying - I understand his upbringing was very difficult, but...And who's to say about Bush's upbringing - you are wise enough to know that wealthy people suffer, just like the rest of us - sometimes they get money and "things" as a substitute for love. Anyway, I respect your right as a human being to criticize my country - just as if I felt/thought it was called for, I would criticize yours - I already strongly suspect that some people have unfairly labled you as just another radical, fanatical Muslim - I do not believe this about you, or I simply would not communicate with you.

Clinton is spelled CLINTON.
There is no comparing the two leaders..It would be a matter for history to decide..we are too close to it. Of course there are much bigger liars in the world but we can't justify any now can we?
