I don't know about bloggers, but I would like to think that my wife and I treat each other equally, but in reality I kind of doubt that we do. At times she probably thinks that she doesn't get treated fairly and vice versa by me at times. I think though that you did a good job with this write.

In my (respectfully disagreeing) opinion, I think that's a pretty big overstatement - I concede that there are still a lot of gender inequalities in the world, but from what I observe (and read about), the situation is greatly improving - not everywhere, of course, but overall, I think we (human beings) are on the right track.
I would point to what I think is a much bigger problem - the exploitation of children, both girls and boys - for forced labor/and or the dispicable, incomprehensible (to me, as I'm sure it is to you), "sex trade."
