THANKS I WILL BE MOVING SOON MAYBE THAT WILL HELP ALSO. TAKE CARE AND THANKS FOR PUTTING ME ON THE PRAYER LIST. OH AND YES I HAVE A CHURCH HOME. I REALLY THOUGHT I WAS USEIN WIDOM NOT REALIZING I WAS LIVING IN A CAGE.

Reflections
Are you a bleiever? Do you have a church group? Do you have any family? Plan things where you can go in groups. I understand it is scary when all this goes on in your town, but there has to be life available to you. Pray and ask God to protect you and yours. Do not doubt that he will. Begin to be a little more aggressive in getting out. Don't be reckless but don't go into a cave because of what might happen. Be trusting to some extent. I will add you to my prayer list.

Reflection
I read somewhere that SL was one of the most dangerous cities in USA if not the most dangerous, so your fear is not irrational, and you are also responsible for your kids safety and wellbeing. it is better to be safe than sorry, you can always check with your neighbors and see if they have limited outings like you, if they don't then maybe you can loosen up a little.
