Ouch..! My sympathies.. have you tried a chiropractor, or a good massage therapist? Tension can do all sorts of things to the body. Hope it gets better quickly.

Take care of yourself - I come from a family of two doctors - my father (R.I.P.), and one of my brothers - actually, I have another brother who's a "P.h.D." - but they don't count - just kidding! Seriously, take care of yourself - I've heard it's even harder to get your work published, if you're dead!
