You didn't sleep well, sweetie? 
When I'm awake at night, generally I just do housework, blog or play games on the computer. For some reason I seem to function much better at night.

Hi Afzal - what do we do when awake at night?
Well, sometimes it's best to give up trying to get to sleep and listen to the radio or read something, or just get up and do something. You normally have to keep quiet so you don't disturb anyone. That's the trickiest thing. I always get repetitive thoughts or even music repeating endlessly. The brain seems to rebel against the body's need for sleep. I am very tired now but I dare say I will not get enough sleep tonight. What do you do - think about things, by the sound of it. That is a good idea - I might do the same, it might be a fruitful time to think about some of the ideas for a book I'm just starting to write.
