avoid sex/sexual situations. If a couple makes an agreement amongst themselves, it could definitely work, and I'm all for it.

Hahaha, I think that most do practice it "secretly". Not too secretly though, I hope. How much enjoyment can you get out of it if it's a really big secret and you keep it all to yourself?
