Great point, Afzal
For many of those days, there are celebrations of some sort; parades, parties, etc., but alot of people don't actually ponder the meanings. I think teachers of the young have the best ideas - shaping the cause/reason into an educational experience with fun activities to engage minds. Nice post. Blogger's Day sounds wonderful to me..:)

Who knows
We have a holiday for just about everything here..And people get paid double time for working that holiday...Go figure~

Our Labor Day is in September.  In actuality, I was born on Labor Day.

We have these special days for people who like to remember special people for special things that they do/have done.
